Job Responsibilities
End to end ownership of digital marketing. Campaign planning to define budget and ROI goals at various intervals (daily/monthly/quarterly etc.) and various dimensions (channels / geographies etc.) Define and develop the digital marketing roadmap, approach, choice of media and channels.
Drive the execution of campaigns by working with the creative team and digital marketing ops team
Shape the digital marketing approach by working closely with important industry stakeholders like Google, Facebook etc. End to end ownership of new customer acquisitions. Planning to define new customer acquisition goals at various intervals (daily/monthly/quarterly etc.) and dimensions (channels / geographies etc.) Drive ideation and experimentation for growth in acquisitions across all levers like offers, products, communications etc. by working with relevant stakeholders
Work closely with business team for day-to-day problem solving and revenue achievement for new customer cohort
Work closely with Alliances team to identify and drive partnership opportunities with relevant companies for driving new customer growth
Job Requirements
2-6 years of work experience overall, with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience of running digital marketing and customer acquisition campaigns in the e-commerce industry is preferable
Experience in running performance marketing campaigns delivering growth and ROI at scale
Expert understanding of how all digital marketing channels, including - App Installs, Engagement, Remarketing, Video, Search, Programmatic and Affiliates
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools, analytics platforms, app platforms and best practices
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
Engineering / MBA background from a premier institute
